Logan Spiewak

Founder & CEO

Logan Spiewak is the dedicated founder of the Boots To Health Foundation. As a former infantry Marine, Logan understands the unique challenges faced by veterans and is passionate about providing them with the resources and support they need to thrive. His entrepreneurial background and leadership skills drive the Foundation’s strategic growth.

Marc Giordano

Vice Chairman of the Board

Marc serves as Vice Chairman of the Foundation’s Board of Directors, providing strategic guidance, governance oversight, and leadership in advancing our mission to serve Central Pennsylvania veterans. Full bio coming soon.

Josh Hemus

CFO & Treasurer

Josh serves in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives overseeing complex financial operations, and as a Captain in the 911th Airlift Wing Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron. He brings financial expertise and military experience to strengthen the Foundation’s transparency and growth.

Josh Plumadore

Secretary of the Board

A Marine Corps Veteran who served 2012–2023, Josh holds a mechanical engineering degree from Norwich University and commissioned as a Second Lieutenant. He brings deep expertise in leadership, operations, and organizational development to the Foundation’s board.

Ally O’Neal

Director of the board

Ally O’Neal is a retired U.S. Army Veteran and comes from a proud legacy of first responders and military service members. She currently serves as the National Director of Military and Veteran Services at BAYADA Home Health Care, where she leads national strategy and partnerships focused on improving access to high-quality care for Veterans and their families. Ally is also the founder of BAYADA’s Salute to Service Veteran Comprehensive Care Program, an initiative dedicated to honoring service while addressing the unique clinical, psychosocial, and access-to-care needs of the Veteran community. Her work reflects a deep commitment to service, advocacy, and strengthening the continuum of care for those who have served.

Every program we run stands on the time and skills of these volunteers. Grant writers, fitness coaches, admin support, program evaluators — they show up unpaid because they believe in the mission.

Patricia Lail

Administrative Assistant

Patricia brings program management experience and lived experience as a veteran to support the Foundation’s daily operations.

Nyles Rife

Fitness Trainer

Marine Corps veteran and CSCS specialist. Develops safe, scalable strength programs for veterans prioritizing longevity and injury mitigation.

Julia Gottlieb

Research & Program Evaluation

MPH student at Ohio University and Research Analyst with the PA Health Care Cost Containment Council. Brings expertise in public health research and program evaluation to strengthen veteran wellness initiatives.

Alex Madigan

Grant Writer

Psychology graduate from Drexel University with experience in grant administration, research, and nonprofit policy development.

Kristina Duryea

Grant Writer

30-year career in grant and contract administration, with roles at the Department of Energy and National Cancer Institute.
